Job Description Alongside the company tutor, the trainee will develop the basics skills necessary to work within the congress and event function, collaborating in close contact with all the commercial functions.
Key activities & Accountabilities Sponsorship Documents: assist the Congress Lead in preparing, updating, and archiving sponsorship contracts and other essential documents. Congress Calendar Development: contribute to creating and updating a congress calendar aligned with the brand plan. Congress Information: collect, analyze, and archive information about national and local ophthalmology congresses. Budget Management: support the Congress and Event Lead by managing congressional budgets using available tools and updating all spending functions. Congress Materials: support for the logistical management of conference materials. AIDEA Tool Launch: assist in launching the AIDEA tool. Farmindustria: support for the event lead in preparing all documents or information subject to a Farmindustria audit. Qualifications Education Essential Master's degree in communication, languages, public relations, and economics (or equivalent).
Desirable Post-graduate master program in event management.
