The Concept Artist works under the guidance of the Creative Director and the Creative Team.
He or she must demonstrate excellent attention to detail in design and craft.
He or She will execute across a range of projects and different branches of live entertainment.
He or she will work closely with Stage Directors, Set Designers, Video Designers, and Art Directors to visualize concepts across traditional and non-traditional media.
He or she will work inside the BWS' Creative team, a small, highly focused team which works in the field of imagination and pushes the boundaries of live entertainment.

Main Responsibilities: Create cutting-edge visual designs, from concept to execution, across multiple platforms and form factors.
Define and establish visual standards/systems and ensure all creative material is consistent.
Present concepts/proposals/ideas.
Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement within the creative process.
Use and contribute to style guides and reference documentation to support a coherent visual experience across different projects.
Seek input and feedback from teammates in the company to help define creative design solutions.
Available for travel opportunities.
Requirements 3+ years of design experience.
Design portfolio revealing thought process and an ability to rapidly generate quality and creative ideas.
Set Design approach method preferred, comprehension of spaces and locations, architectural assets, and theatrical stages, with a "mise en scene" point of view.
A demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite graphics applications.
Previous design work experience in a creative agency preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of the live entertainment industry is an asset.
Strong skill to communicate the thinking and meaning of design solutions verbally and in writing eloquently.
Demonstrates a strong passion and desire for working in the live entertainment field.
Works effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Possesses focused attention to detail.
Language: good knowledge of written and spoken English, nice to have any other language.
Interest in Live Shows, Theatre, and performing Arts general is strongly desired.
The role foresee travels around the World and in some occasions, travels can not be planned in advance.
The percentage of work in the office and on the field can vary.
By nature of tenders and events realized, the transfers can be of some days, but also of some months.
