The resource will support senior team members in monitoring specific compliance programs in force at EMEA level and performing activities required at HQ/corporate level, strengthening and improving the processes and internal controls in place and supporting the execution of the key projects for the Compliance Programs.
Among the many, the key compliance areas in which the EMEA & Turkey Compliance Specialist will be actively involved are the following:
Corporate Criminal liability, with particular reference to Lgs. Decree n. 231/2001;
Anti-Corruption;
Third-party Program;
Antitrust.
The main responsibilities are the following:
management of internal compliance platforms;
collection of compliance-relevant information flows, interacting with different Business Departments
enforcement of compliance policies and procedures;
support senior team members in executing relevant projects and/or tasks;
analysis, updating and implementing internal controls and audit recommendations;
drafting and/or training and awareness activities on compliance matters.
Who are we looking for?
Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Experience
Masters' degree in Law with a significant understanding of compliance matters;
1 year experience on risk and compliance issues;
English fluency is a must;
Strong interest for business processes, internal controls and corporate governance;
High level of analytical abilities, able to simplify complex arguments;
Demonstrate presentation, written and verbal communication skills;
Attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
