Compliance Specialist

Job PurposeWithin the Group Compliance & Ethics department we are recruiting a Compliance Specialist.The Compliance Specialist actively contributes to the development of the Group compliance framework, which includes the implementation and the execution of a comprehensive compliance monitoring programKey Responsibilities• support the development and implementation of internal policies and guidelines; • provide compliance training to the process owners; • perform follow-up activities; • prepare reports for Senior Management and external partners; • guarantee the execution of compliance monitoring activities, including: o planning; o selecting samples; o conducting testing; o assessing non-compliances; o developing outcome reports; o collaborating with Compliance Officers and other speaking partners, including Legal Officers, Internal Auditors and General Managers.Required EducationYou have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or Law Required Skills and ExperienceYou have gained 2-3 years' experience in Audit/Compliance departments, where you have participated to fieldwork business reviews, preferably in pharma industry.You are a precise, analytical, methodical, hands-on, positive and communicative Team Player, and you are able to work in a dynamic and international environment.Required LanguagesYour English is excellent and you are able to work with colleagues in different countries with different background.Travel required in %The role involves frequent travels.#LI-NA1
