We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.We are looking for a Compliance and Privacy Specialist in Italy to support the implementation of the Grifols' Corporate Compliance Program and Data Protection Program at local level within Grifols Italia S.P.A. to ensure compliance with existing regulations.The Grifols Corporate Compliance Program comprises: Anticorruption Compliance, Competition Compliance, Due Diligence, Transparency Reporting and Fair Market Value.Additionally, the Compliance Specialist will act as Local Data Protection Coordinator.The CPS will report to the Corporate Compliance Regional Senior Manager and ultimately to the Chief Compliance Officer while supporting the Managing Director in the affiliate ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in scope while supporting as well as Corporate Data Privacy Officer and Corporate Ombudsperson.What your responsibilities will be You will have the opportunity to:Local Compliance & Privacy Specialist: Acting as Compliance Representative, including executing controls and providing compliance clearance within the affiliate.Promoting a culture of compliance and advising management and staff.Reviewing and monitoring events, interactions, and engagements together with the Compliance Manager and following up on recommendations.Coordinate, together with the Compliance Manager, the development, application and monitoring of the Organizational, Management and Control Model as required by Italian Legislative Decree 231.Supporting business owners in managing and monitoring third-party compliance.Assisting compliance management with guidance on matters covered by the Grifols Corporate Compliance Program.Participating in risk assessments and designing compliance controls to avoid redundancies and maximize synergies.Designing and providing compliance training to employees based on risk assessments.Supporting activities related to Transparency Reporting and Fair Market Value.Reporting potential violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies.Monitoring and assisting with investigations of potential violations.Acting as Compliance Representative for Grifols Italia S.P.A.Local Data Protection Specialist: Coordinate the Data Protection Program and support the Data Protection Office to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.Act as the main point of contact for privacy matters at the local level.Support and act as main point of contact for the Corporate Data Protection Office.Foster a culture of privacy and data protection within the organization.Maintain the Record of Processing Activities.Assist in investigating and resolving security incidents and data breaches.Coordinate the resolution of data subject requests.Implement and communicate Corporate Data Protection policies, procedures, and guidelines.Develop and maintain local Data Protection policies and procedures.Assist in developing training materials and awareness plans.Conduct Data Protection training at the local level.Support the business in data protection and privacy topics, building relationships of trust with the business.Local Ombudsperson for Grifols Italia S.P.A: Assigning cases received in accordance with the agreed-upon Case Assignment Matrix, which designates case managers for specific types of concerns.Reviewing documentation from investigations conducted by case managers, to ensure investigations are complete and necessary corrective actions are taken.Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.You have a University Degree in Business Administration, Law or similar.You have at least 3 years of compliance experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company or complex organization.You have solid understanding of local business model and operations.You have experience of risk assessment.You have knowledge of financial analysis, ability to read and interpret balance sheet and P&L (desirable).You possess good computer skills: MS Office and ERP Proficiency.
