Position: Compliance Coordinator DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join the team.
The Compliance Coordinator role is a support position to the Operational Group.
The position requires a highly organized, analytical-minded, and meticulous individual with a strong work ethic and computer skills.
Location: Naples, FL, Full time, in-office Essential Functions: Responsible for the Sanctions process, including the process, documentation, and running reports from Power BI to be uploaded into Sanction Check software.
Completes research on possible sanction hits that come back with the appropriate teams.
Works with the Legal Dept to handle confirmed sanction hits.
Organize and Track Financial Crimes and other compliance-related trainings.
Work with the Legal Dept to Manage the distribution of State Emergency Orders.
Maintain Internal Company Documentation on State Cancellation and Non-Renewal Compliance.
Compare current back-office automation templates against compliance programs to confirm accuracy.
Other compliance and Operations duties and short-term projects as needed.
Job Requirements (education, experience, skills): Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
Insurance industry experience preferred.
Experience working in a "paperless" environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
Basic math skills needed for determining premium amounts, commissions, etc.
Solid understanding of Insurance terminology preferred but not required.
Follow policies and procedures.
Complete multiple assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Able to learn quickly, know when to ask questions, be self-motivated.
Perform with utmost attention to detail.
Work independently for extended periods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a general understanding of business writing.
Strong Organizational Skills.
Willingness to learn new software.
Report to work regularly and on time.
