Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs Completeness Fulfillment Manager (CFM), you will be responsible for driving material and documentation completeness in accordance with business and customer needs.
You will work with Suppliers, SFMs, and other functions to ensure material and documentation completeness and punch list management.
You will be responsible for implementing continuous development programs for improving process performances and supporting business strategy deployment.As Completeness Fulfillment Manager (CFM), you will be responsible for:Driving operating rhythm with suppliers, SFM, QPM, and Engineering to ensure documentation completeness.Managing punch list points, both with preventive and corrective actions.Collaborating with logistics and suppliers to resolve any issues in reaching completeness, including material receiving phase.Providing weekly reports of the selected KPI to various stakeholders.Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.Show passion and motivation for the Fulfillment field.Demonstrate analytical skills.Be fluent in English.Be able to deal with different stakeholders in a complex organization.Be a self-starter.Have sourcing experience, which will be considered a plus.About Us:We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
