Competitive Intelligence Analyst

Bulgari S.p.A., within the Network Development department based in Rome, is looking for a Competitive Intelligence Analyst.The selected candidate will perform research on luxury market, leveraging on official publications and industry studies with the objective of identifying relevant data, to build and maintain a solid database to perform relevant analysis of Bulgari main competitors and luxury market trends in general.Analize and network development projects from a commercial and economic perspective and manage the approval process internally and with the Group.Accountabilities:Proactively collect, analyze, and summarize data and information to build reports as well as providing insights.Study equity research analysis, monitoring companies' valuation, financial estimates, and target prices.Design and implement dashboards to constantly monitor performances.Perform analysis on market share evolution and brands performances.Analyze financial results (Profit Loss, Cash Flow, Inventory levels).Analyze the economic impact of new business model and new trade commercial conditions.Support network development keeping constant track of opportunities on locations through regular update with the Group and CMDs.Analyze network opportunities from a commercial and a financial standpoint and manage approval at Brand and Group Level.Manage the worldwide Commercial CAPEX optimizing resources in alignment with Group priorities.Keep regular track of rent agreements.SkillsUniversity degree in Economics or similarUp to 3 years' experience in a similar position;Budget Reporting techniquesStrong numerical ability;Analytical skills to plan and analyse performance;Knowledge of fashion luxury sectorAwareness of retail dynamicsHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel and Access skills;Expertise in data analysis and BI tools (i.e. Power BI);Fluency in English and Italian;Proactive, flexible, team player, organized and accurate;Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thoroughly interface with different departments and players involved;Ability to deal with a high volume of data and complete tasks within tight deadlines.The ideal candidate is highly goal oriented, able to synthesize the big picture with a pragmatic approach through ad hoc analysis and reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
