Main ResponsibilitiesOrganizing the player selection process for the various competitions.Managing the relationship with clubs during the competition.Coordinating the necessary services to ensure that the competitions are carried out according to the defined norms and quality standards.Planning and organization of the season and the events that are part of it.Coordination, management and communication with the Competition teams, attending to their doubts and requests.Coordination and management of the competition resources (human, material and others) together with the Competition Director.Making decisions and proposals based on the development and operation of theCompetition together with the Competition Director.Solving incidents and proposing solutions to problems.Forecast and management of sports equipment and corresponding management with suppliers.Participation with a proactive attitude in the different projects and events.Contribute to create a positive, respectful and inclusive culture within the team and the organization in general.RequirementsMinimum 5 to 7 years of experience in coordination of sports competitions or soccer clubs, in management positions.
