Reward Consultants work with a wide range of clients to help them develop and implement reward programs for their employees, providing expert advice on pay philosophy, reward strategy, incentive design, regulations, market trends and best practices.

We will count on you to :
Manage client projects: prepare presentations and templates, estimate hours for the project team, and prepare timelines for project milestones; Serve as an independent project manager and ensure client projects adhere to budget; Prioritize project activities to manage the workload and meet project deadlines; Delegate project tasks in line with individual capability, development needs and available analyst and associate resources; Lead both internal and client project status meetings; Develop pay and benefits benchmarking for both executive and general workforce populations; Contribute and advise Remuneration Committees and HR Directors on remuneration policy, incentive plans, shareholder consultation, corporate governance, pay regulation, ESG regulation, market trends and best practices; Assist with the drafting of Director's Remuneration Reports; Work closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track; Write and review client PowerPoint presentations/reports including Excel exhibits and initial conclusions on the data drawn by Associates; Conduct client interviews, facilitate focus groups, and deliver training; Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products, and services; Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitive total rewards offerings. What you need to have :
Master's degree in economics, Organization, Management or Engineering; At least 5-6 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with a focus on Rewards and Compensation; Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations; Proven experience in client-facing roles and an attitude to manage and lead teams with a cooperative approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
