As a Compensation & Benefit and HRIS Project Manager in Prima, you will take care of:
HRIS and Project Management: Support current HRIS improvement strategy and the go forward RfP; Supporting the Head of People Operations in reviewing and re-defining existing systems and processes in order to deliver a tangible efficiency improvement; HR Processes analysis and transformation in collaboration with The HR People Team; Ensure that the processes in place are compliance and efficient; Support the development and the implementation of service delivery strategies to optimize efficiency, compliance and quality; Support the planning and the executions of HR projects across the organization through an international project management approach (tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies); Training on HR Processes at worldwide level; Data Management and reporting. Compensation and benefits management: Support the HR Global Leadership Team to the Definition of a Company Reward Framework and deployment through global processes across the organization. Support to the management of HR processes: variable and fixed compensation schemes design and implementation (e.g. Bonus and incentives plans, Salary review process assignment…). Supporting the Head of People Operations in implementing new initiatives. Improving the company's welfare for all the countries. Ensure that the remuneration structure (base salary, variable pay, benefits, ...) is coherent with the internal benchmark and competitive compared to the external one. Managing change projects around reward as well as the annual cycles. Coordination and harmonization of the key compensation process. Benefits and welfare plans design and policies coordination and support to the development of innovative and performing benefit plans. Positively manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors/suppliers (e.g. Benefits providers). Compliance and Risk Management: Support the Head of People Operation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as tax regulations and data protection laws (GDPR/Data Privacy). Support in creation and launch of new Policies, Handbooks & Employee Guidelines, internal process documentation. Support in identifying and mitigating risks related to service delivery and payroll processing. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on service delivery performance, payroll metrics, and other relevant KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Share insights and recommendations with the HR Global Leadership Team based on data analysis. Collaborate with all the functions (especially with Finance and People team colleagues) to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting, HR metrics and taxonomy. You are the ideal candidate or applicant if you meet the following requirements:
Solid experience in HRIS implementation and improvements (Personio expert will be considered a plus). Proven track record successfully project managing/leading complex HR programmes of work across multiple geographies. Data driven, solutions oriented mindset. Fluency in Italian and English. Experience in scale up/innovative tech companies. Project management accreditation (will be considered a plus). Experience in xls/ tableau or other data base programmes for reporting.
