You will be interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders in different projects and initiatives that contribute to create a fair, engaging and competitive environment for Philips' most important value: our people.
Your role: You will work closely with the Rewards Manager South Europe in the planning, roll out and execution of processes and initiatives linked to our Compensation, Benefit & Welfare practices.You will act with the Rewards Manager, as support, guide and subject matter expert to HR managers, line managers and recruiters regarding any rewards matters, grading and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, international mobility practices, etc.You will support in ensuring that the whole compensation plans for each employee are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements, making sure our people are recognized in the different phases of their professional journey and they feel valued, motivated and engaged.You will be able to contribute to the design of global rewards policies, processes, and tools, by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments. You're the right fit if: You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or have an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company or consulting firm.Your skillset includes a strong analytical mindset, project and program management expertise, along with effective presentation and communication abilities.You're experienced with Excel and PowerPoint, while knowledge of Power BI and Access will be highly appreciated.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian, with Spanish and French being a plus.Fairness and equity are core principles for you, and you are passionate about engaging with people.
