Ability to conduct live streaming sessions and speak confidently in public, as well as propose creative ideas for social media reels that effectively showcase our products.Build Online Presence: Nurture and maintain a strong online presence for our company and games on social media, Discord, Reddit, and YouTube.
Stay up-to-date on industry news.Grow the Audience: Play a crucial role in expanding our audience by introducing more players to games they'll love and fostering meaningful connections within our community.
Stay informed about community trends and online behaviors.Craft an editorial plan: In coordination with the PR Manager and the Brand Manager, create an editorial plan for marketing beats, ensuring alignment with what the company needs to communicate.RequirementsPrevious and proven experience building and maintaining gaming communities online as a Community Manager, creating engaging content for audiences, and managing social media tools and platforms (Reddit, Discord, Steam, PostPickr, …).Comfortable being on camera when needed.Passion for the video games industry and at least 2 shipped video games.Knowledge of social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, Discord, YouTube, and Reddit.Experience with copywriting.Proficiency in English at a minimum level of C1 is required.This is a hybrid part-time role, where you will work closely with our game development and marketing teams and report directly to our Marketing Director.
All the content-related activities will be handled in English.
