Community Marketing Lead - Sportswear - Milan We are looking for a Community Marketing Lead for the launch of a famous sportswear brand in the Italian market.
The Community Marketing team of the company is responsible for creating, developing, and executing marketing strategies that inspire and connect key stakeholders, building brand awareness and brand love in key markets. The Community Marketing Lead Italy is a people and industry leader who collaborates with key stakeholders and partners to create and implement a localized marketing strategy that supports the overall brand marketing tactics.
Main Responsibilities
Delivers regional marketing strategies, the planning & execution to drive the EMEA business. Coaches stores in partnership with retail teams, to deliver effective marketing to build long-term brand equity and accomplish Brand Marketing objectives in Italy. Identify and maintain good relationships with local partners and store Ambassadors to create opportunities and awareness. Responsible for retail marketing and partnership strategies, to build brand awareness and equity. Manage the 360-marketing strategy for the new store opening process and new market entry and collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to drive retail business. Support local social plans in collaboration with the brand team & brand calendar. Manage strategic materials, budgets, and reporting tools. Qualifications, Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing & events (digital marketing experience preferred but not essential). Preferable background in sportswear brands, and knowledge of the sports market in Italy is appreciated. Ability to manage budgets + key accounting. Proven experience of creating marketing plans with proven results. Written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. A fluent English is a must. Must Haves
