Community Manager

TheSoul Publishing is one of the biggest media publishers on the Internet.
And today, our team is looking for a Community Manager with strong communication skills to engage our users on our Italian pages of such projects as Bright Side, 5-Minute Crafts, 5-Minute Crafts Girly/Play/Family and 123GO!
on Facebook.
**You will be perfect for this role if**:
- You have basic knowledge of Social Media tools (Facebook)
- You have knowledge of Italian and English (at least Intermediate or higher)
- You have good Internet access and availability of tools: computer, phone with Facebook app;
- You have experience in community management/customer service would be an advantage.
**Here is what you will do on this role**:
- Interact with the audience in the comments and direct messages.
- Comment under Live-streams.
- Try to engage the audience and make them react to our posts.
- Manage hateful and spam comments.
- Share with the editors or producers information about articles/videos that cause a lot of negative comments in order to adjust the policy in the future (for example, via chat on Slack).
- Share (potentially) troublesome posts with SMMs.
- Create announcements for tests (if needed).
- Prepare reports (for example after some community experiments).
- Work closely with SMM Lead.
