- Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is part of Microsoft Services, specifically within Industry Solutions Delivery. The team handles Operations, Delivery Excellence, and Sales Excellence. They are looking for someone to manage newsletter communication, SharePoint, and assist with people and culture initiatives.
- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: A degree is a preference for this role.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and ability to work independently.

1. Minimum 3+ years experience with Managing newsletter communication and SharePoint.
2. Minimum 3+ years experience with global teams and understanding of global communication agendas.

**Summary**:
The main function of a Communications Specialist is to assist corporate communications with message development, writing, and editing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information
- Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Works closely with Client's Product corporate sales team to write and finalize monthly and annual press release.

- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

**Education/Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
- 5-7 years related experience required.
