International design and innovation office CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for a flexible, independent, and motivated individual to join CRA Think, the CRA Group's think-tank and communication unit based in Turin, Italy.
If you are equally passionate about journalistic writing, the multifaceted practice of public relations (internal and external communications), and the future of design and urbanism, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team of cross-disciplinary professionals striving to rethink communications for architecture through various channels.
In the last few years, CRA Think has been handling projects such as the urban vision for Manifesta 14 Prishtina (2021-22), the curatorship of the "Eyes of the City" exhibition at Shenzhen's Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture (2018-20), and the syndication of all of Carlo Ratti's opinion pieces on the international press.
CRA Think has run communication campaigns for some of CRA's most popular design works, including Hot Heart Helsinki, The Greenary, Capitaspring Singapore, Meet Arts Center Milano, Feel the Peel, and many others.
CRA Think also takes charge of Internal Communications to ensure that everybody in the office can contribute to the evolution of the company's vision.

Main Responsibilities:
> Liaise with international journalists
> Write press releases, edit articles and interviews in English and Italian
> Oversee the existing Internal Communications processes, and contribute to shaping new ones
> Support the writing of opinion pieces about design, technology, and society
**Requirements**:
> At least three years of working experience as a journalist, editor, or press officer with an existing network among members of the press
> Excellent in written Italian
> Fluency in spoken English (daily communications within the team occur in English); written English is a plus
> Cross-disciplinary interests - familiarity with the history and current trends in the fields of architecture and urbanism, technology, and business
> Use of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, MailChimp
> Good ability to manage stressful situations and respect multiple deadlines
> Obsessive attention to details
> Enthusiastic and problem-solving attitude
