Join our dynamic regional communications team as a Communication Lead for a 12-months contract based in Vimercate, Italy.
In this role, you will spearhead the Italian Market's external and internal Corporate Communications strategy for Kellanova Italy, driving business growth and enhancing our reputation.
You'll have the opportunity to develop and activate compelling regional and local stories, securing earned media coverage for our Corporate Communications, Brand PR, and Social Media efforts.
Your work will promote our iconic Kellogg's and Pringles brands while supporting our internal communications calendar and events to boost employee engagement.
As part of the Italian Leadership Team, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from various functions, including Marketing, Sales, Wellbeing teams, and other cross-functional partners.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing Leadership and People Management - Provide leadership and support across all external communications, including corporate, brand, ESG and public affairs and lead the internal communications agenda, and supervision of one direct report.Corporate and Brand PR - Lead Corporate and Brand PR within the local market with the target to further strengthen our brands reputation.Internal Events - Lead & organize internal events (local convention, townhalls, etc.
)EU Strategy Implementation - Implement EU strategy by ensuring the public affairs & sustainability plans in the market while engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Better Days Program Expansion - Expand our Better Days program & our sustainable stories.
