Communications and Events Curricular Internship, At Castello di Casole, Belmond As a Communications and Events Intern at Belmond Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany , you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.
Starting in March 2025 , this role offers the opportunity to assist in coordinating exclusive events and crafting engaging communication campaigns that showcase the unique charm and luxury of our iconic destination.
Responsibilities: Assisting in planning and executing on-site events Helping with PR activities like working with the media, partnering with influencers Working with different teams to ensure events run smoothly and receive good PR coverage Drafting monthly PR reports and updating the media visits database Supporting the creation of marketing materials Coordinating and managing the weekly events calendar by maintaining relations with suppliers and ensuring a smooth event flow Leading site inspections of the property with journalists or content creators under the supervision of the Communications Executive Leading site inspections of the property under the supervision of the Events Manager Supporting the organization and handling of photo/video shoots What you bring and learn: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and written Creativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills, problem solver, curious and enthusiastic Desirable: previous experience in events organization At Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, we encourage a culture of kindness and genuine connections.
