Communications and Events Curricular Internship, At Castello di Casole, BelmondAs a Communications and Events Intern at Belmond Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests. Starting in March 2025, this role offers the opportunity to assist in coordinating exclusive events and crafting engaging communication campaigns that showcase the unique charm and luxury of our iconic destination.
Responsibilities: Assisting in planning and executing on-site eventsHelping with PR activities like working with the media, partnering with influencersWorking with different teams to ensure events run smoothly and receive good PR coverageDrafting monthly PR reports and updating the media visits databaseSupporting the creation of marketing materialsCoordinating and managing the weekly events calendar by maintaining relations with suppliers and ensuring a smooth event flowLeading site inspections of the property with journalists or content creators under the supervision of the Communications ExecutiveLeading site inspections of the property under the supervision of the Events ManagerSupporting the organization and handling of photo/video shootsWhat you bring and learn: Strong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and writtenCreativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platformsTeam player with excellent organizational and time management skills, problem solver, curious and enthusiasticDesirable: previous experience in events organizationAt Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, we encourage a culture of kindness and genuine connections.
