Job Description Summary:
**Job Description**:
The resource will:
- Liaise with departments across the business to create content that supports the communication of our brand messages
- Execute activities on internal communication channels and support on the management of internal and external events
- Create and publish contents for social media channels, corporate website and branded materials in collaboration with wider communication and human resource teams
- Support in the creation and delivery of multimedia content, including video for internal and external audiences
- Support in the creation of simple design for digital communication channels, using Adobe Suite or Canva
- Monitor, analyse and communicate performance and KPIs of internal and external activities to improve their planning.
- Closely work with the administrative and procurement departments to manage and develop supplier contracts.
- Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields (arts, social science, languages, communication, marketing, journalism)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
Other additional languages will be positively considered.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office and related programs.
- Use of Adobe design programs (Photoshop and Premier) will be positively considered
- Digital tools which will be considered as a plus: Sharepoint, Wordpress CMS, Yammer, Teams, Zoom, event engagement and collaboration tools
- Significant attention to detail and a strong desire to be a part of a rapidly growing business with an opportunity to progress.
