We are seeking an enthusiastic Communication Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, branding, employee engagement, corporate culture, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT Let's deep dive on some part of the mission which might get a few adjustments depending on the needs: Implement Communication Plan: Execute comprehensive communication plans that align with our brand launch objectives.
Internal Communications: Manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged with the brand launch activities on all channels, including intranet, Viva Engage, etc.
Event Planning: Organize and support events related to the brand launch.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including Viva Engage, intranet, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
Monitor and Report: Track the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide regular updates and reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Comms, local plant teams, IT, marketing, other departments and our agency to ensure cohesive messaging and support for the brand launch.
YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN Are you the one we are looking for: Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a communications role, with a focus on corporate communications and project management.
Experience in brand management or brand launches.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
Proficiency in other languages, such as French, German, Italian, Chinese, or Korean, is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content creation tools, video editing tools and graphic designing tools.
Experience with social media and digital communications.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
