**Job Summary**
The purpose of the job is to define strategies of Digital Communication, Social Media and PR of Firenze Fashion and Art School. The Manager will also be in charge of their implementation in order to support the brand awareness, promotional and / or institutional activities and the improvement of marketing and enrollment performances.
The Communication & Social Media Manager, in agreement with the School Director and the Head of Communication, will efficiently plan, implement and monitor Istituto Marangoni's marketing and communication online and offline activities, in order to develop the brand awareness and support the lead generation.
He / She also have to:
- Produce editorial plans and manage Istituto Marangoni's Social Media accounts ensuring contents is timely, relevant and engaging
- Manage PR & Media Relations activities, with the support of the PR agency. Supervise activities realized with external press to which are sent images and text for the realization of communication, responses to reporting or press inquiries.
- Manage the budget and monitoring the process. Forecast and report the results related to the brand communication activities
- Manage the team, ensuring their development in a sustainable work environment
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and improvements
- Increase and consolidate the brand's social presence and level of interaction with different targets by channel
- Stay ahead of the curve of the latest technologies, market and digital trends
**Education & Skills**
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Digital Communication & Social Media's field
- Min. 5 years experiences and resources coordination
- Experience from a luxury sector is a plus
- English proficiency
- Strong analysis and organization skills
