Job Description You will be in charge of carrying out, under the supervision of the Business Units Marketing and Sales managers and hierarchically reporting to the Managing Director, the marketing communication and sales administration activities both for the Italian organization and the East Europe countries.
The resource will support the team in the following activities:
Both Internal and External events organization;Local monthly Communication on Media, Social Networks and Newsletter preparation, e-mailing and website management;Content Preparation based on Marketing strategy (e.g., Newsletter, Social Networks);Marketing and Media Communication Budget Plan management, Merchandising and Deliverables;Webinar Management;Communication of New products introduction;Contract management, archiving and follow-up. Sell-out, Credit notes and Sales volumes reporting management;Promotions and References Management;Generic and Sales Communications (as price lists communications, product recall / quality issues);Sales Presentation using Office Suite;Data security and Security Concept management, GDPR procedure management and check GDPR's documentation for events and Quality Certification activity support;Qualifications Education: Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
Experience and know-how: Proven experience in Marketing and Sales Support activities, minimum 2-3 years. Solid in Computer Skills (MS Office - Excel, Power Point, Word) and experience in SAP usage is a plus.
Working Method: Willingness to learn and work as a team player within a diverse and multicultural environment. Availability to travel (from time to time).
Personality: Strong motivation, customer orientation, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and excellent interpersonal / communication skills as well as teamwork attitude and proactiveness.
Foreign Languages: Very good spoken and written English is required, minimum B1-B2 level.
