Future Education Modena (https://fem.digital/) is an international EdTech center, born to innovate education and bring learning into the 21st century. It has a team of 60 people, a network of over 200 collaborators and a network of national and international partners. It is organized into 10 strategic areas of educational R&D, has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1.5 million students in the last 4 years through 300 original formats, is launching 4 EdTech startups and is incubating 6 more. It organized and manages Learning More Festival, the first Festival dedicated to the frontiers of the field Learning . We are the bearers of a radical vision of innovation for the sectors Learning and Human Capital .
Contract: preferably part-time, depending on availability, with the possibility of progression over time.
Presence and hybrid work: We don't want distance to be an obstacle to collaboration, but for this type of role we will give priority to people who can easily reach the workplace.
Available in the communications team: 1 junior communication specialist + 1 content/copy expert

1 digital marketer (to liaise with for operationalization)
Responsibilities: Define the communication plan of Future Education Modena by identifying and sharing the short and medium-long term communication lines;
Coordinate the communication strategy of FEM and its products through different channels (Newsletter, social media positioning, events, campaigns);
Define and manage the editorial plan of FEM and other projects or products of the FEM ecosystem, supervising and contributing to the production of social channels;
Coordinate, in synergy with the ICT team, the definition, updating and development of the digital positioning of Future Education Modena through various tools (website, mailing list, social media, other tools);
Manage and intervene directly in the drafting of content and its subsequent publication on various social, web and paper channels - posts, press releases, brochures, posters, banners, advertising pages, newsletters, mailings;
Develop together with other team members the marketing strategy for lead generation of users and stakeholders to be involved in the various programs;
Analyze and coordinate online (including lead generation campaigns) and offline campaigns;
Coordination with the ICT team for the development of digital products similar to the Future Education Modena offer.
Must have: Degree ( Master's or Doctorate are preference criteria ) in communication, marketing or related disciplines;
5+ years of experience managing communications teams - preferably in fields not far from education;
Ability to design and coordinate a communication strategy through different channels (newsletter, social media positioning, events, campaigns, etc.);
Deep knowledge of digital tools and social platforms;
Experience in managing and operationalizing marketing strategies;
Solid knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language;
Excellent interpersonal skills.
