**Job Summary**
The purpose of this job is to support the Manager in implementing Social Media, online and offline activities for the Milano Fashion and Milano Design Schools.
**Key Purpose of the Job**
In this role the Communication Junior is in charge of supporting the Manager and the Communication Team efficiently plan, implement and monitor Istituto Marangoni Milano's marketing and communication on-line and on-site activities, in order to develop the brand visibility and support the lead generation.
He / She also has:
- To produce editorial plans and to support in managing Istituto Marangoni Milano's social media
accounts, ensuring contents are timely, relevant and engaging
- To create reports and use the team management tools in order to best implement and evaluate the projects
- To manage the communities on all social media channels
- To coordinate with the social media agency to produce the best contents in line with the
brand identity
- To create contents for the website
- To stay ahead of the curve of the latest technologies and social media trends
- To support in designing events in all its aspects (locations, logistics, catering, fittings,
producing materials and invitations for the event, etc.
);
- To support in planning and organizing internal and external School events in all its phases,
supervising the success of the events.
- To interact with students and tutor in order to produce contents and organize activities
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Marketing / Communication
- English proficiency
- Previous experience in the role
- Office Suite proficiency
- Familiarity with Photoshop or similar programs (Figma, Canva)
- Strong interest in fashion/design area
- Passionate about social media, storytelling and content making
- Basic video editing knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
