Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position: The candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Support in developing C3 operating and readiness plan Support in liaising with City Operations on implementation of C3 plan Coordinate development and implementation of C3 with MiCo26 FAs Work closely with Head of MOC and C3 to ensure C3 and operations are well practiced and tested Ensure clear and effective communication channels are maintained Facilitate regular briefings and debriefings with relevant stakeholders Lean the development of efficient reporting processes and tools for Games operations Oversee the operation of all communication and surveillance systems within the C3 center Maintain a detailed log of all incidents and actions taken Liaise with external agencies such as law enforcement, fire departments, and medical services Monitor and manage incident reports, ensuring timely and appropriate responses Assist in the development and implementation of readiness plans and schedules Coordinate with functional area leads to ensure readiness activities are aligned with overall event objectives Monitor progress and provide regular updates for readiness activities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or related disciplines Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in major event management, C3 and operations center roles Ability to coordinate inputs, requirements and demands on numerous constituencies into a cohesive effort Ability to simplify, synthetize and build powerful reports and presentations to support the programme Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and with flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities Track record in working with different stakeholders Advanced user of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Knowledge of smartsheet, Power BI and related applications is a plus Excellent writing and speaking skills in Italian and English Other information: Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is committed in building an inclusive and diversified working environment, striving to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers (L.903/77) and promote the integration into its workforce of persons with disabilities (L.68/99).
