Communication Budget & Perfomance Coordinator

How will you make an impact?

- Coordinate and support the Marketing & budget strategic planning (coordinate functions to define budget target based on business ambition and marketing/Retail/Art and Culture activities, provide recommendations and alignment between functions).
- Analise event and spending performance and support Marcom teams with best practices, follow recommendation as per HQ guidelines.
- Ensuring learning journey across teams, creating and animating a local 'performance' community (regular update on performance topics, test and learn programs, performance-related communication and trainings, etc.)
- Responsible for populating budget and LEs planning system Light / Athena
- Monitoring closely the evolution of communication expense for the different activities and functions (Events, Press, Media, VM, etc.).
- Providing monthly closing of communication expense to key stakeholders (GM, Communication team, Finance team)
- Identifying spending discrepancies between forecast and actuals to avoid under or overspendings vs. defined budgets and identify/take actions.
- Creating suppliers and PO for the communication teams (Events, Press, VM, Edition)
- Supporting HQ in international events & reinvoicing processes (Venice Mostra, High Jewellery events in Italy, Design Week, etc.)
- Coordinating and managing champagne stocks and orders for the South East Europe region (boutiques, events, gifts)

How will you experience success with us?

- Solid previous experience in finance management
- Strongly analytical, highly structured with proven finance and business acumen
- Used to work pro-actively & autonomously being able to support different stakeholders
- Confirmed experience in budget development and monitoring
- Fluent in Italian & English, French being a plus
