Communication and Marketing Specialist TXT e-solutions SPA | Roma | Autonomo/Partita IVA | joblink.allibo.com | 02/12/24 HSPI, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Communication and Marketing expert to establish a collaboration under a P.IVA arrangement.
The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's market presence.
Leveraging innovative technologies and integrated strategies, the candidate will contribute to enhancing brand identity, improving customer engagement, and increasing the visibility of our brand.
What You Will Do Analyze the market and define the company's positioning, with a focus on innovative multichannel strategies.
Develop and implement integrated communication plans, including KPI definition and performance monitoring.
Strengthen the brand identity in line with company values and manage the community.
Plan and manage the company's presence on social media and digital platforms, including the creation of editorial plans and tone of voice definition.
Design community management initiatives to foster internal collaboration and user interaction.
Support the organization of corporate events and public relations activities.
Technical Requirements We are looking for someone with: Approximately 3 years of experience, preferably in B2B or corporate contexts within the IT/consulting sector.
Proficiency in project management and analytics tools.
Knowledge of graphic and video editing software and experience using innovative techniques such as gamification, storytelling, and chatbots to boost engagement.
Familiarity with HubSpot.
Expertise in search engine optimization techniques (SEM, SEO, email marketing).
Preferred Qualifications It will be considered a plus if you: Have worked on projects for public administrations.
Have skills in strategic marketing, innovation management, and organizational change.
