Job Post: COMMUNICATION AND GRAPHIC DESIGN JUNIOR ANALYST - Maternity Cover The Communication and Graphic Design Junior Analyst will support the Institutional Relations, Communication & Sustainability Department in day-to-day activities within the Group Corporate and its sister companies.
The successful candidate will be expected to support and coordinate specific activities with their line manager and will have the opportunity to shape corporate messages.
Key Activities & Responsibilities: Contribute to creating communication assets and concepts, working closely with external agencies, editors, and internal resources.
Coordinate Annual Reports, Corporate Magazines, and other internal activities such as ADV, customized gifts, branding projects, and other institutional documents.
Create an elegant, designed "feel" in programs such as PPT and Word that were not written primarily as design vehicles.
Realize and periodically update internal corporate materials and support the creation of corporate materials for sister companies and internal stakeholders.
Support colleagues for corporate events, fairs, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
Create and update content on the corporate website and SharePoint.
Negotiate with suppliers, graphic agencies, translators, printers, and shippers.
Manage invoices and purchase orders.
Personal Attributes: Previous experience in a communication agency or similar: 2+ years of related work experience in marketing communications.
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Fluent English speaker and writer.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS, and SharePoint.
Knowledge of the main digital communication channels and B2B communication techniques.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines.
Good standing, credibility, and leadership attitude.
Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem-solving, and result orientation.
Exercise judgment and project management skills to balance priorities and communicate to the team to meet and exceed project deadlines; keep the internal manager informed of projects and progress.
