The Communication and Graphic Design Junior Analyst will support the Institutional Relations, Communication & Sustainability Department in his day-to-day activities within the Group Corporate and his sister companies.
The successful candidate will be expected to support and coordinate specific activities with his line Manager and will have the opportunity to shape the corporate messages.
Graphic: support colleagues of all Group Departments in the development of marketing & communication activities on national and international levels.
In addition, the candidate will need to be able to support the definition and management of internal communication campaigns developed in collaboration with other company functions.
Update the Corporate Profile, preparation and update content for specific events/meetings involving the sister Company; verification of compliance with the Group standards of the presentations prepared by employees for external use.
In particular, the candidate shall be able to provide support to align the consistency of information relating to the Group and its brand identity in all internal and external communication tools, specifically offline (Group publications and presentations, magazines and brochures).
Coordinate different suppliers and process content and texts based on specific communication needs.
Provides support in the development or revision phase of the graphic design and contents, verifying their consistency with the key messages of Group Communication.
The position is based in Milan.
Possible trips for meeting clients/vendors and attending fairs and exhibitions or similar initiatives to promote communication initiatives.
Key Activities & Responsibilities: Contribute to creating communication assets and concepts definition, working closely with external agencies, editors and internal resources.Knowledge to coordinate Annual Reports, Corporate Magazines and other internal activities such as ADV, customize Gifts, Branding Projects, Corporate materials, Letterhead, and other institutional documents.Willingness and ability to create an elegant, designed "feel" in programs such as PPT and Word that were not written primarily as design vehicles.Realize and update periodically internal corporate materials and support the creation of corporate materials of the sister companies and internal stakeholders.Support colleagues for corporate events, fairs and exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.Create and update content on the corporate website and SharePoint.Negotiate with suppliers, graphic agencies, translators, printers, and shippers.Manage invoices and purchase orders. Personal Attributes: Previous experience in a communication agency or similar: 2+ years of related work experience in marketing communications.Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Fluent English speaker and writer.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CMS, and SharePoint.Knowledge of the main digital communication channels and B2B communication techniques.Excellent organizational skills.Speed and agility; ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines.Good standing, credibility, and leadership attitude.Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem-solving and result orientation will complete the profile.Exercise judgment and project management skills to balance priorities and communicate to the team to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep the internal Manager informed of projects and progress.Demonstrate leadership and teamwork through active participation in on-site coordination of deliverables in time-sensitive situations in collaboration with pursuit managers, vendors, and colleagues of other departments.Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail and quality under challenging deadlines.
