**Responsibilities & Requirements**: You will partner with Local Leadership, HR and Corporate communications and you will be focused on
- Designing and implementing an effective Local Communication Plan.
The focus will be on internal communication (Internal newsletter, Town Hall materials, ) as well as on external with a focus on Local Employer Branding
- Scouting with Assolombarda and the Territory - Authorities specific partnership opportunities, in terms of Corporate Social responsibilities, Partnership with Schools, that can be in line with Company Goals and managing operatively the execution and consequently giving the proper visibility
- Organizing Internal events for Employees as Seniority Reward, Family parties, and Sensibilization campaign as Smoking free site, working closely with HR and SHEA
- Supporting internal Training organization
**Preferred Experience / Skills**:
- Degree in Communication management
- 1 y of experience ( other internship or expertise in this area)
- Good level of authonomy
- Flexibility to effectively adapt to fast changing situations
- Able to build relations with all internal functions
- Good Communication and organizational Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize issues and tasks easily.
- Fluent english
