Aim and Tasks The person, based in Desenzano del Garda but with a mainly international focus, will be responsible for the execution of the operational purchasing process for one or more regional and / or global POOL Commodity Groups in compliance with the defined standards.
The main objectives are to ensure the operational supply of the Dr. Oetker production sites (in particular Requisition to Pay process) in terms of raw materials, packaging, merchandise and services and to take over all operational purchasing activities in coordination with the respective commodity managers.
Main tasks:
coordination and prompt resolution of operational disruptions with internal (e.g.
logistics, work preparation, plant) and external interfaces (supplier) development of harmonised operative standard processes in a team, which are valid for all POOL 3.0 national companies, independent of the commodity group international coordination and compilation of purchasing requirements interface functionbetween Research & Development, Supply Chain, plants and local purchasing departments to optimise processes support of the Commodity Manager in the tendering process SAP:
