Adecco Consultants are searching for a highly regarded General Contractor operating in the Data Centres sector for the position of Commissioning Manager .
Purpose: To be the manager responsible for supervising and coordinating the successful commissioning of the CSA services.
Responsibilities Coordinate with our consultants and the client's commissioning team, facilitating the handover of services from subcontractor to client.
Coordinate the preparation of commissioning documentation, check it for adequacy, and issue it to the client.
Ensure that all documentation and test information is issued to the client at the end of the process.
Establish milestones required for successful progression from the overarching project programme and communicate those clearly to the package contractors in a suitable format to ensure timely completion.
Manage the commissioning process, including arrangements, timings, and records.
Ensure that all project safety requirements are met and adhered to, pursuing and obtaining QA documentation for successful closeout of all contract QA requirements for the packages.
Act as the immediate point of contact for subcontractor site management.
Keep accurate and adequate records to protect the Company in any future discussions.
Ensure that on-site instructions from the client's authorized personnel are recorded and managed.
Conclude the packages to the Company's and the client's satisfaction, including snagging and all requirements of the Company's procedures.
Requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity on successful projects of similar size and complexity.
Ability to provide up-to-date references in support of the CV and other achievements.

Maintain accurate recording tools and data to track the project programme.
Ensure information required for Client and other meetings is available 48 hours before the meeting.
Up-to-date knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
Expected to be computer literate in all Microsoft Office suites.
Highly Desirable (but not essential) Own transport and driving licence.
