Adecco Consultants research for a strongly acknowledged General Contractor operating in the Data Centres sector a figure of Commissioning Manager Purpose: To be the manager responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the successful commissioning of the CSA services. Responsibilities - co-ordinate with our consultants, the client's commissioning team and facilitate the handover of services from sub-contractor to client - co-ordinate the preparation of commissioning documentation, check it for adequacy and issue to the client. At the end of the process ensure that all documentation and test information is issued to the client - be able to establish from the overarching project programme the milestones required to ensure successful progression and communicate those clearly to the package contractors in suitable format to make certain of finishing on time - the commissioning process including arrangements, timings, records, etc - ensure that all project safety requirements are met and adhered to pursue and obtain QA documentation thus ensuring successful close out of all contract QA requirements for the packages - be immediate point of contact for subcontractor site management - keep accurate and adequate records to ensure that the Company is protected in any future discussions - ensure that on site instructions from client's authorised personnel are being recorded and managed that he is able to conclude the packages to Company / the client's satisfaction including snagging all the requirements of the Company procedures Requirements - able to demonstrate that he/she has worked in a similar capacity on successful projects of similar size and complexity - should be able to provide up to date references in support of his CV and other achievements - is stressed that the foregoing does not represent a complete list of responsibilities and that you may be required to carry out other duties which might reasonably be expected by Management - all recording tools and data to keep an accurate position of the project programme - information required for Client and other meetings to be available 48 hrs before the meeting - up to date with current Health & Safety legislation - is expected that the manager will be computer literate in all the Microsoft Office suites Highly Desirable (but not essential) Own Transport & Driving Licence Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
