For our own projects, we are looking for: COMMISSIONING ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT Ref code: CR_2409-100_ Commissioning Electrical Superintendent Job summary MISSION: Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of electrical works, whether performed by subcontractors or directly hired personnel, ensuring effective management of interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments.
Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment, and verify that works are carried out correctly in accordance with project documentation and schedules.
Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.
TASKS: Support the HSE Manager in responsibilities within the assigned scope, including the preparation of the general HSE plan.
Ensure all activities under your responsibility are fully compliant with HSE requirements.
Actively contribute to Safety Walkdowns and assist with incident investigations when necessary.
Verify that Commissioning and Start-up requirements are accounted for in the engineering documents.
Participate in project planning and scheduling.
Review the vendor's schedule and assignments related to Commissioning, Start-up, and test run activities.
Follow-up on completions and Commissioning activities.
Issue progress reports within his area of responsibility.
Contribute to planning and scheduling the job routines in the Maintenance Plan, including resource allocation, materials, and logistics.
Through his team, responsible for the Preventive Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance.
Coordinate Vendors at site within his own operating area.
Approve work orders as per Permit to Work procedure to enable the execution of the scheduled works.
Ensure proper implementation of electrical isolation controls through the Switchboard Locking and Unlocking Register.
Take lead in preparing personnel through extensive training.
Timely report any gaps that need to be bridged.
According to Plant feedback, optimize Maintenance Plan, spare parts, and manpower.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including 5+ years in commissioning.
Experience in both offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projects.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
OTHER DETAILS: 1st Phase Job Location: Milan office, Italy; Contract Duration: 9 months; Starting Date: October 2024.
2nd Phase Job Location: Karimun, Indonesia; Contract Duration: 8 months; Starting Date: June 2025.
3rd Phase Job Location: Romania; Contract Duration: 7 months; Starting Date: May 2026.
