No matter the day, you set out to provide each guest with a dining experience that will be remembered long after their stay.What you'll be doingWelcome guests and promptly attend to tablesServe food and beverages to guestsShare your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requestsCheck-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverageClean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other suppliesCommunicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availabilityFollow cycle time guidelines for all mealsMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the dayInspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to useFollow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines at all timesWhat we're looking forFluent English and at least intermediate Italian (writing and speaking)Understanding of FB operations and luxury hospitalityGreat conversational skills and teamwork-orientedPositive outlook and outgoing personalityPrevious serving experience in five-star Hotels is requiredThis role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
