What will you be doing? Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.Inform guests of specials and menu changes.Guarantee the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course.Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.What are we looking for?
