Job Overview:

As commis de rang, we will teach you to move between the tables with a quiet confidence, always observing, always anticipating what Guests might need next. You will learn how to ensure excellent F&B service for our guests, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. Main responsibilities and duties:
You will assist our Chef de Rang in serving guests. This includes preparing the service area and ensuring all necessary equipment and items are available; Your presence during the service will be comforting, always with a genuine smile. It's not just about serving food; it's about creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where every meal feels exceptional, and every guest feels like they're truly taken care of. You will be responsible for setting up tables: placing tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, and napkins according to our restaurant's standards; You will anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details and customer service as well as communicate with other team members to fulfill guest needs and requests; You will ensure the restaurant area is clean and tidy at all times. This includes clearing dishes, resetting tables for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness during service. You will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues; You will ensure compliance with all the HACCP system rules; You will check the correct use and upkeep of all equipment and materials supplied.
