YOU MISSION Support the Commercial Global Strategy and Planning of the assigned category & line consistently with the global Davines brand strategy and in line with our Sustainability values.
WHAT YOU WILL DO supporting the respective category and/or line(s) mid-term commercial plan definition and execution elaborating commercial evaluations & sales assumptions elaborating Sales forecasting assumptions & monitoring leading sales & Pricing analysis, monitoring & follow-up identifying the best ways to translates the global strategy to local market (price, promotion, customer, channel) supporting the creation of the Go-To-Market plans per project/line creation & management of suggested activity plan for BUs (Davibook) coordination of the interdependence meeting with the business units driving excellence in execution with clear and effective methods & tools to support the local teams providing structured feedback from the market and address them properly leading category commercial/competitor understanding from sales perspective identifying requirements for local channel/customer differentiation, start of ship, ranging, sizing, pricing, promo plans WHO YOU ARE ability to coordinate specific processes and to engage the other team members with a proactive attitude good understanding of commercial logics through experience in commercial and trade marketing related roles good sales attitude & understanding when contributes to sales' potential discussions ability to work in a cross-functional teams and processes and in multi-cultural contexts ability to understand different markets (or segment) features, needs & opportunities ability to manage the assigned budgets ability to create and deliver presentations through impactful techniques.
