Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestTo prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities:Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.Handling targeted clients.Discussing sales approach with manager.Leading a department of medium-large personnel costs.Handling low-medium region size, stable region, established market presence.Required QualificationsHave a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with some experience in commercial proposals).Have good oral and written communication skills.Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.Have problem solving skill.Be interested in New Equipment (Pumps, Valves and Systems).Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
