Join us in our Commercial Planning Team and support in a variety of analysis and reporting at large.
Support in setting and monitoring Multicategory KPI's, targets and incentives, in allocating and monitoring appropriately commercial budget, and actively collaborate with other departments in projects, PBO and commercial activities design and implementation.
Specific Responsibilities: Analytics: ad hoc analyses to drive, support and improve business performance, understanding of trends and insights generation, analytical support to the commercial team at large Reporting: field performance tracking & reporting, including performance visualization tools (e.g.
Power BI), to facilitate management decision-making process and guarantee a recognized source of information KPI's & targets: supporting the team in engineering and monitoring a set of Multicategory KPI's and quarterly targets across Indirect and Brand Retail Channels, to effectively drive the commercial organization towards its business objectives Incentive schemes: supporting the team in definition of optimal incentive schemes to drive commercial streams in reaching quantitative and qualitative results, their effective monitoring and fine-tuning during the period Who we're looking for: - University Degree, preferably in Economics, Math's or Engineering - Fluent in English and in Italian (written and spoken)- Ability to work alone, in a team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders - Analytical skills: passionate about numbers, analysis and deep-diving market insights - Knowledge of excel and Power Point What's 'nice to have': - Knowledge of Power Bi - A previous experience in back-office roles (preferably analytical roles)- Good communication skills - Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit, and curiosity - Customer and problem-solving orientation What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
