About the role As a Commercial Operations Specialist at Cropster, you will be responsible for optimizing operational processes that support the commercial team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of sales operations, managing data, and improving workflows that enhance overall business performance.
By supporting the commercial team with data-driven insights and process improvements, you will help us continue to deliver value to our customers and drive growth.
What you'll do
Process Optimization: Develop and implement improved workflows and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations. Sales Operations Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and streamline key operational functions including sales pipelines, order processing, and contract management. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate commercial data in our CRM system (HubSpot) and other tools. Generate reports and provide insights to help guide decision-making and strategy. Forecasting and Analysis: Support sales forecasting and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure optimal resource allocation and business performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure that commercial operations are aligned with broader business goals and timelines. Contract Management and Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant with company policies and industry standards. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within commercial operations and suggest new tools or methods to enhance overall efficiency. Customer Coordination: Assist in managing customer inquiries related to orders and contracts, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. We are looking for someone with
A Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business process management. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and data management platforms like Excel, Power BI, or similar. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects. A proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
