Commercial Operations Italy; Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager position sits as part of the Commercial Operations Team Italy; this role will be working within the Triveneto region.
Responsibilities include:
- Develops and maintains trust relationships with key regional accounts and KOLs to increase product awareness, establishes high level scientific relationships and ensure their endorsement
- Acquires a thorough understanding of key accounts needs and requirements
- Works to develop key account strategies to contribute meeting Seqirus objectives
- Responsible for promotion of Seqirus products and managing tender business development to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
- Recommends appropriate tactics for an effective engagement and to raise awareness and strengthen Seqirus reputation with key decision makers
- Monitors the environment and possible upcoming regional policy/procurement/guidelines developments and activities, as well as feedback timely any intelligence to all relevant internal staff
- Maintains contact programs and a regular meeting stakeholders schedule
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials for any specific audience
- Identify opportunities and draft proposals for stakeholder engagement
- Drive setup, deployment and maintenance of customized CRM, assessing information and acting on it where necessary
- Supports the development and execution of portfolio-based programs, ensure the alignment of marketing and medical strategies to achieve overall business objectives
- Assures budget compliance
- Collaborates and engages with Medical Affair for the implementation of tactics and the organization of trainings and routine updating of the scientific background
- Provides input to Marketing and Medical Affairs for aligning and maximising the efforts
- Execute the digital strategy integrated with the Marketing digital excellence plan
- Manages relationship with agencies, provide feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategy
- Delivers oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management and other internal groups and stakeholders, as needed
- Supports Business Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Finance for any related need
- Represents Seqirus at relevant stakeholder meetings, deputising for more senior members of the team if required
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing
- 5+ years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulation
- English proficiency
