Commercial Operations & Inside Sales Manager - Team EU Medical Devices Full-time With more than 900 laboratories, approximately 62,000 employees, over 200,000 analytical methods, a widespread presence in 62 countries and an annual turnover of 6.7 BIL EUR, Eurofins is an international leading group in third party analytical services in the Pharmaceutical sectors, Food, Environmental and Consumer Products. Eurofins, due to strengthen its Medical Devices division, in order to provide value to customers all over the world, is constantly looking for highly motivated and results-oriented people who want to become part of a solid and dynamic reality. Eurofins Medical Device Services is looking for a Commercial Operations & Inside Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Vimodrone, Italy. The resource will report to the Sales and Business Development Director Europe, and will be in charge of: Managing Inside Sales and Commercial Operations teams, located in different countries; Defining and maintaining workflows related to the team in order to make them more efficient; Setting up and monitoring specific KPIs; Monitoring the right use of applications by their own team; Supporting the Sales and Business Development Director and Sales managers in the definition of commercial tools; Interfacing with Sales managers and other company functions to collect feedback and implement joint initiatives aimed at resolving any issues and continuously improving processes; Managing commercial systems used in the company (CRM, online results publication system, online ordering system); Taking complaints and coordinating their management with the relevant functions. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Management Engineering, Bioengineering or similar; Experience with resource management and project management; Abilities with monitoring of KPIs and organizational skills; Abilities in interfacing with different stakeholders; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Customer orientation; Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; Excellent strategic planning and ability to work independently.
