Commercial Operations Executive

AC Milan is looking for a motivated candidate to join the Commercial Football Operations Team, supporting and managing the operational day to day needs.
The Role:The COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (COE) supports the Commercial Football Ops Team with all the verticals involving our talents: Male Player Access, Female Player Access, Milan Futuro Access, and Legends Access.The COE supports the supervisor in the planning, delivery, and tracking of key assets such as commercial player access, events at the training ground, legend accessThe attention to detail and monitoring all the requests are extremely important since all the key metrics will contribute to building reliable reports for Men, Women, and Milan Futuro's first teams, and Legends on a monthly basis.
Reports also include the split of usage among Commercial Depts for a wider understanding of the overall impact on Sports Area.
Responsibilities:Support keeping updated all planning documents important to extract key metrics for reporting phases: Male Player Access, Female Player Access, Legends Access and partner operational task related to commercial rights activationsResponsible for sharing weekly and monthly plans across the operational teamsSupport on activation day, managing Male, Female, Legends and Player Access, collecting requests, informing and briefing all the people involvedDepartment operational scheduling, calendarization and tracking of activitiesCollating all the player access, Legend access and Player care requests (coming mainly from Partnerships, Marketing, Retail and MMH) and working to effectively track and monitor, deliver, and maintain an organized overview of all requests and activations.Regular liaison with Brand ambassadors responsible for sharing the monthly agenda and activation briefings.Support on event and shooting through key element will be helping to execute player access activities at events and shoots throughout the year, managing the operational day-to-day needs and relations, especially with on set partnership account managers and agenciesSkills:Highly organized with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;Determined work ethic;Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with high level executives inside and outside the organization;Flexible approach;Maintenance of a high standard and attention to detail;Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
