**Job Description**:
The Commercial Legal Manager is responsible for providing effective and appropriate legal commercial, privacy, copyright, consumer and contract law advice.
**Key responsibilities**
Provision of Legal Advice
- To provide legal guidance to the different Company functions, and especially to the business
- To lease effectively with clients or suppliers legal teams
Advice on contracts
- To advise sales and negotiate create or amend as necessary any contracts
- To be the reference point for any contractual need in the company (clients, partners, suppliers)
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in law.
- 5 years experience (part of which in a company) in commercial, data protection, copyright, digital, consumer and contract law.
- Experience in contracts negotiation/management with clients partners and suppliers in Italian and English.
- Fluent English.
