Title: Commercial Internship - Key Account Manager Tenaris, leader worldwide in the energy sector, is offering an internship in Dalmine (Bergamo) of the duration of 6 months inside the Commercial Business Unit. The person will be included in the team of Global Accounts (KAM), responsible for: Defining global strategy for 3 of the main global customers of Tenaris (Market scouting, Product improvement, Demand Planning, Profitability analysis) Being the main point of contact with the customers' headquarters (Milan, Paris, Madrid) Engaging in daily interactions with all the Tenaris commercial offices worldwide Acting as chief negotiator for the renewal of long-term contracts and providing main support for any negotiation at regional level with local Business Units worldwide Intern's main activities: Direct involvement in updating the Demand Planning tool of one of Tenaris' top 3 clients (database updating in Excel, checking all the information with Tenaris tutor and/or directly with the customer) Internal coordination for orders follow-up worldwide of one of Tenaris' top 3 clients (collecting internal information from all Tenaris subsidiaries around the world, consolidating Excel files, and delivering the report every 15 days to the customer) Active participation in all the monthly meetings with the customer (meetings can be via Video Conference in Dalmine and/or in Milan at the client's office) Providing day-to-day support to the team in preparation of spot reporting activities (such as price analysis, offer preparation, order management, strategic PowerPoint presentations) Requirements: At least a Bachelor in Management Engineering or Economics Fluent English level Proficiency in Windows Office Software (high knowledge of Excel recommended) Curiosity, passion, attention to detail, teamwork, and good relational skills High interest in Negotiation We believe that during the internship, the candidate will have the chance to learn and develop skills, particularly: Gaining an overview of the main processes and routines that characterize a multinational company Learning a work methodology aimed at supporting and driving managerial strategic decisions Being part of an international environment with the opportunity to improve professional interaction and communication skills Meeting customers personally in their offices in Italy Beginning to develop a strategic mentality in approaching customers and new markets Significantly increasing the ability to manage data (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint) J-18808-Ljbffr
