Education required: Scientific degree from an accredited college/university: Medicine and Surgery, Biological Sciences, Chemistry with an organic or biological focus, Pharmacy (as per Legislative Decree 219/2006 and subsequent updates). Graduation by 08/2025.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and Italian.
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations. Driving Licence.

What will you do? Sales Rotation: Gain hands-on experience in sales, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth.Marketing Rotation: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends.Breadth Roles Rotation: Work in areas like Business Excellence, Omnichannel, Digital, Insights & Analytics, Consumer Marketing Insights, Experience Journey for HCPs, Life Cycle Innovation, New Assets Launch Excellence, Pricing & Market Access, and Competitive Brand Strategy.What are we looking for?
