Commercial Executive role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within a company.
This role is pivotal in managing customer accounts, developing relationships with potential customers, managing sales pipelines, maintaining business partnerships, and supporting marketing activities.
Key responsibilities include market research, prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, pricing negotiations, contract signing, and providing after-sales support.
The goal is to win the customer's business by proposing the best possible solution at the best possible price.

**Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with sellers to achieve revenue targets and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Understanding customer needs and developing proposals to meet these needs.
- Participating in early engagement and planning processes, supporting the preparation of account territory plans, and crafting strategies for closing deals.
- Optimizing for the right level of investment and customization, contributing to orchestration across stakeholders, and crafting deals that will process.
- Understanding and anticipating business opportunities, using knowledge of customer and Microsoft commercial strategies to influence the likelihood of winning new opportunities.
- Understanding best practices and strategies, developing an understanding of product strategy per solution area, and actively developing knowledge of industry, competition, and Microsoft offerings.
- Working with customer/partner support/account teams during lifecycle management planning to ensure that value is delivered and that customer/partner priorities, strategies, and budget are clear so that they can structure deals that drive annuity and cloud growth.
- Mastering key skills such as creating a commercial plan for the assigned sales accounts, ensuring adherence to volume licensing, commercial solutions policy for commercial deal execution, assisting in analyzing deals for risks, and working in collaboration with the account team when negotiating commercial terms.
**Qualifications**:
- A few years of sales and negotiation experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or equivalent) or related field AND a couple of years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
- OR equivalent experience
- Italian and English proficiency
